It’s nearly ready.
The book I’ve been contemplating for so long it’s not funny, I finally got pen to paper and wrote the bodyweight training manual for road warriors, full time mums and everybody in between.
There are dozens of exercises that require absolutely no equipment, one or two that require a table or a door, but most people have these things, so it’s not much of an ask really.
I aim to have it ready for the end of next month, so keep an eye open if:
you’re a minimalist
you’re too busy to go to a gym
you hate going to the gym (I hear you there!)
you want more variety in your training
you spend time travelling
you have an irregular schedule
The book will help you out regardless of excuses (hence the title)
