If two athletes of equal skill cross paths, victory will go to the fittest.
Simply training in the sport or martial art itself if rarely enough to bring victory, a base of strength and conditioning must also be developed.

We offer both class based training and small group/semi-private training.

The group classes are open to the public and all times are posted on our class schedule (see below). As places can be limited we recommend you book in via our booking app.
BootCamp, Semi Private and small group session must be booked in via our booking app.

What type of training do we provide?

  • Kettlebell Classes, every Tuesday, Thurs (Advanced), Saturday and weekday lunchtimes.
  • Conditioning Circuits
  • “Motion is Lotion” a class based on mobility, movement and play
  • Boot Camp, an intense 4 week training program
  • Semi – Private, Private and Small Group bookings
