Dave Hedges

Dave began training in 1989 when he took up Karate. As he grew into a lanky, skinny teenager, his Karate instructor told Dave he needed to get stronger in order to compete more effectively.
This started a lifetime pursuit of efficient and effective training methods. These ultimately lead to the methods we use today.
In the martial arts a balance of speed, stamina, explosive strength and endurance are needed, strength without bulk, stamina without loosing power. Methods that have turned many Average Joes into lean, mean, healthy and happy individuals.
Dave now trains mainly with kettlebells and bodyweight but has a wide variety of techniques that will get you in the shape of your life in double quick time.
